E-Way Bill system for Intra-State movement of goods under GST to be rolled out in 5 States/Union Territory from 25th April, 2018

E-Way Bill system for Intra-State movement of goods under GST to be rolled out in 5 States/Union Territory from 25th April, 2018

Ministry of Finance has issued a Press release on 23rd April, 2018 to inform that e-Way Bill system for Intra-State movement of goods would be implemented from 25th April, 2018 in the following five States / Union Territory –

  1. Arunachal Pradesh
  2. Madhya Pradesh
  3. Meghalaya
  4. Sikkim
  5. Puducherry

Trade & industry and transporters located in the above States / Union Territory may obtain registration / enrolment on e-Way Bill portal namely https://www.ewaybillgst.gov.in at the earliest.
