Employers having 10 or more employees must submit labour welfare fund within 31st January, 2019, says Haryana Labour Department

This is a quick update to let you know that the Labour Department of Haryana has released a floating notification which states the following:

“Those Shop and Commercial Establishment having 10 or more employees and Industrial Establishment who not submit their labour welfare fund under the Punjab Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1965 upto 31 January, 2019. Any employer, who fails to pay the contribution amount from the date specified, shall be liable to pay interest at the rate of twelve percent per annum.”
