Central Board of Indirect Taxes & Customs(CBIC) has issued a Removal of Difficulty Order No. 02/2019 – Central Tax dated 1st February, 2019 to further extend the due date for furnishing the monthly statement in FORM GSTR-8 by e-commerce operators for the months of October,2018 to December, 2018 from 31st day of January, 2019 to 7Th day of February, 2019.
