The Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Bihar has published a notification no. RERA/B-10/2017-51 and 52 dated 31.03.2018 wherein, they have notified the web based portal for the purpose of registration of new and ongoing projects within the State of Bihar.
Promoters are directed to register their new and ongoing projects at https://nagarseva.bihar.gov.in/rerabihar/ For new projects, registration is required to be done prior to advertising, marketing, booking, selling or offering for sale, or inviting persons to purchase. For ongoing projects prior, the timeline for registration has been extended till 30th April, 2018 failing which penalties shall be attracted as under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016.
