Further to the update shared through the trailing emails pertaining to the Tamil Nadu Labour Welfare Fund (Amendment) Act, 2018 (“Amendment Act”), 14th of March, 2018 has been appointed as the effective date for the Amendment Act by the Tamil Nadu labour and Employment Department.
