Minister of Social Justice and Empowerment has moved the Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Bill 2019 in the Rajya Sabha for consideration on 20th November, 2019.
The Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Bill 2019 has already been passed by the Lok Sabha on 5th August 2019.
