This is a quick update to let you know that the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (“MCA”) is likely to revise Form AOC-4 XBRL (Form for filing XBRL document in respect of financial statement and other documents with the Registrar) on MCA21 Company Forms Download page w.e.f 1st August, 2019. In this respect MCA has advised Stakeholders to check the latest version of the Form before filing.
