MCA extends timeline for filing Annual CSR Report (Form CSR-2) for FY 2020 -2021 to 30th June, 2022 as against 31st May, 2022; gains immediate effect

The timeline for filing Annual CSR Report (Form CSR-2) for Financial Year 2020 – 2021 stands extended to 30^th June, 2022 as against 31^st May, 2022. This is pursuant to  the Companies (Accounts) Third Amendment Rules, 2022 effective 31^st May, 2022.

Further, Form CSR-2 must be filed separately on or before 31^st March, 2023 for the financial year 2021-2022 after filing Form AOC-4 or AOC-4 XBRL or AOC-4 NBFC (Ind AS), as the case may be.
