The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (“MCA”) has extended the last date for filing Form AOC-4 XBRL e-forms using Indian Accounting Standard under Companies Act, 2013, in accordance with the Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rules, 2015 for the financial year 2016-2017 without additional fee. The last date for filing the same has been extended to 30th April 2018, without additional fee.
