The Kerala State Pollution Control Board (“KPCB”), through a notification dated 27th December, 2019 has included two new industries under the Orange and Green category of industries, as per the directions of the Central Pollution Control Board regarding categorization of industries under different colour codes.
The categorization of the two new industries by KPCB have come into effect from 27th December, 2019.
The following are the new industries included in the list:
