The Government of Haryana, through a notification dated January 25, 2018, has announced that the Governor of Haryana has issued an ordinance to adopt the Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2010 (“Act”) in the State of Haryana. This Act will be applicable to all clinical establishments in Haryana which have more than fifty beds. It has come into force since the date of publication, i.e. January 25, 2018.
