FSSAI introduces FoSTaC Course for Food Processing Units dealing with Milk or Milk Products

Further to the update in the trailing mail, which informed about the order of the Food Safety Standards Authority of India (“FSSAI”) regarding mandatory training of all Central and State licensed Food Business Operators (“FBOs”) and also provided the ‘list of mandatory courses applicable for licensed FBOs’ (“List”), the FSSAI has, vide a notification dated 31st January, 2018, amended the List.

FSSAI has inserted a Food Safety Training & Certification Program (FoSTaC) Course for Food Processing Units dealing with Milk or Milk Products in the List, as follows:
