Commercial Taxes Department – Government of Bihar has issued Notification No. S.O.180 dated 19th April, 2018 to notify that e-way bill in respect of movement of goods originating and terminating in the State of Bihar shall be required to be generated w.e.f. 20th April, 2018. However, where the consignment value does not exceed Rs. 2 lakh, such e-way bill shall not be required.
