By an Office Order dated 5th April, 2018, Delhi Pollution Control Committee (“DPCC”) has stated that all applicants engaged in construction of new buildings and requiring a sanction of building plan from the Delhi Municipal Corporation and seeking to obtain Consent to Establish under the provisions of Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 from DPCC is required to apply online only through the Online Building Plan Sanction System on South Delhi Municipal Corporation portal, with immediate effect.
Background:
Online submission of Consent to establishment under Water Act, 1974 / Air Act, 1981 for construction permits stands integrated with South Delhi Municipal Corporation portal of Common Application Form (CAF) for online building plan sanction by Municipal Corporations of Delhi under ease of doing business initiative.
