The Central Drugs Standards Control Organisation (“CDSCO”) has issued a Notice dated 15th January, 2018 with regard to online applications pertaining to clinical trial, marketing authorization, registration certificate and import license.
CDSCO has launched an online portal ‘SUGAM’ at https://cdscoonline.gov.in through which applications pertaining to clinical trial, marketing authorization, registration certificate and import license for r-DNA derived drugs can be filed. Vide the recent notice, CDSCO has informed that such applications shall be accepted only through online mode from 1st February, 2018 and no offline applications will be accepted thereafter.
