Tamil Nadu Clinical Establishments (Regulation) Amendment Act, 2018 will gain effect from 1st June, 2018

In a recent notification published in the Tamil Nadu Gazette on 23rd May, 2018, we are informed that ‘The Tamil Nadu Clinical Establishments (Regulation) Amendment Act, 2018’ will gain the force of law from June 1st, 2018.
