This is a quick update to let you know that Securities Exchange Board of India (“SEBI”) has extended the timeline fixed (i.e. 5th December, 2018) for processing transmission and transfer of securities only in DEMAT form to 1st April, 2019.
SEBI extended the time line to 1st April, 2019 after considering the representations made before it from the shareholders for extension of the date of compliance.
