The Labour Department of Haryana Government (“Haryana Government”), had previously directed certain public centric services of the Labour Department to be made online. In a recent notification, issued on 28th November, 2018, the Haryana Government has further mandated that requisite drawings of factory plans under Factories Act, 1948 needs to be submitted online in Auto CAD or any compatible format at hrylabour.gov.in to completely do away with the physical process. It will be routed through single window system of Haryana Enterprise Promotion Centre.
