The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (“MeiTY”), through the ‘What’s New’ Section has invited Counter comments on comments received from public / stakeholders on Draft of “The Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines (Amendment) Rules) 2018”.
The stakeholders have been requested to submit their counter comments in the prescribed format (preferably in editable text) to the following addresses as mentioned below:
