The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (“MCA”) has notified further provisions relating to Constitution of National Financial Reporting Authority under the Companies Act, 2013, through publication of the same in the Official Gazette. Section 132 (2), (4), (5), (10), (13), (14) and (15) have been notified in this regard and are effective since October 24, 2018.
