In light of the constitution of the High Level Committee on Corporate Social Responsibility-2018 (HLC-2018), for reviewing the existing framework and formulating a new policy on Corporate Social Responsibility (“CSR”), the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (“MCA”) has invited comments and suggestions from the public on the following:
- CSR provisions of the Companies Act 2013;
- Companies (CSR Policy) Rules, 2014; and
- any Circulars issued concerning CSR
MCA has instructed that all comments and suggestions have to be furnished through mails only at the following e-mail id:
The MCA has also prescribed the format for sending such comments and suggestions.
