Labour Department, Haryana exempts shops and commercial establishments from renewing the registration certificate by 31st March, every year

In a recent notification dated 21st November, 2018, the Haryana Labour Department has exempted all shops and commercial establishments under the Punjab Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, 1958, from renewing the Registration Certificates by 31st March, every year.

Hence, going forward shops and commercial establishments in Punjab/Haryana will not be required to renew the Registration Certificate by 31st March, every year.

    Mere padosi ne ek 10 saal ke bache ko apni tea ki shop pr kaam pr Rakha hua hai . Vo usse 2000 rupee deta hai bs or vo ladka subhe 8 bje aata hai or raat ki 8 bje pass jata hai . 10 min bhi late ho jata hai to usse buri tarhe Jatta hai . Uski plastic ka kaam Kiya bhi hua hai to godown se kuch saman Lana le Jana sab vo bhi krta hai. Shop ki saaf Safai sab vo hi krta hai
