The Governor of West Bengal in a recent notification dated 30th November, 2018 has approved online submission of Single Integrated Return under the following Acts:
- Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Cess Act,1966
- Child Labour (P&R) Act,1986
- Employees State Insurance Act,1948
- Industrial Disputes Act,1947
- Maternity Benefit Act,1961
- Payment of Bonus Act,1965
- Payment of Gratuity Act,1972
- Payment of Wages,1936
- Plantations Labour Act,1951
- The Boilers Act, 1923
- The Equal Remuneration Act, 1976
- West Bengal Beedi and Cigar Workers (CE) Act,1966
- West Bengal Labour Welfare Fund Act,1974
- West Bengal Shops & Establishments Act,1963
Earlier this was applicable only under the following laws:
- Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970;
- The Building and Other Construction Workers’ (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1996;
- Motor Transport Workers Act, 1961;
- Interstate Migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1979;
- Minimum Wages Act, 1948; and
- Factories Act, 1948.
