In a recent amendment to the Rajasthan Factories Rules, 1951, the State Government has substituted the scale of fees specified in Table A (relating to Original License and for Annual Renewal of License for Factories other than Electricity Generating, Transforming or Transmitting Factories) and Table B (relating to Original License and for Annual Renewal of License for Factories for all Electricity Generating, Transforming or Transmitting Factories) effective from 1st April, 2018.
