This is a quick update to let you know that the Factories and Boilers Inspection Department, Government of Rajasthan (“Department”) has, in a ‘news flash’ appearing on its official website, recently announced that the last date for applying for the renewal of license for the Financial Year 2019-2020, under the Factories Act, 1948 is 31st January, 2019.
The Department has further informed that an additional fee of 25% will be charged for all applications for renewal of license made after 31st January, 2019.
