Central Board of Excise and Customs(CBEC) has issued a Notification No. 74/2017 – Central tax dated 29th December, 2017 and has appointed the 1st day of February, 2018, as the due date from which the E Way Bill Rules shall come into force. It will be applicable for all inter-State movement of goods on a compulsory basis.
