Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) has issued Notification No. 36/2015-20 dated 27th September, 2018 to amend Para 2.47 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-2020 pertaining to Export through Courier service/ Post.
The value limit stipulated for exports through Post has been done away and the value limit of Rs. 5,00,000/- per consignment shall continue to be applicable only in case of exports through courier services.
The Notifications shall come in to force with immediate effect.
