Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) has issued Public Notice No. 36 and 37, to amend the appendices and Aayat Niryaat Forms (ANFs) pertaining to Chapter 6 and Chapter 7 of Handbook of Procedures(HBP) 2015-2020 in light of implementation of GST-
The following amended appendices and Forms has been herewith attached as annexures to the public notice:
- Appendix 6A to 6 M of Chapter 6 of the HBP 2015-20
- ANF 6A, ANF 6B, ANF 6C and ANF 6D of Chapter 6 of the HBP 2015-20
- Appendix 7A to 7F of Chapter 7 of the HBP 2015-20
- ANF 7A and ANF 7B of Chapter 7 of the HBP 2015-20
