The Delhi Pollution Control Committee (“DPCC”) in a Circular dated August 10, 2018, has directed all the Health Care Establishments to ensure compliance with the below mentioned laws while undertaking the following activities:
- Dispose Hazardous and Other Waste as per the provisions of the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016.
- For utilization of Spent Fixer (Hypo) Solution generated from Photographic/ X-ray films, follow the provisions laid down under Standard Operating Procedure and Checklist of Minimal Requisite Facilities.
